As a part of this accelerating plan, Euler Hermes is looking for an Digital Marketing Project & SEO Manager to assist the Group Digital Channels & UX team, joining an expert & dedicated team to drive the organic acquisition & lead activation strategy and support our BUs. The future employee will be in charge of:Webmastering and supporting our new SEO strategy (technical & keywords performance monitoring, supporting our BUs, identifying opportunities of improvement) liaising with our Group Content ManagerMonitoring the performance & supporting our BUs on our new lead generation features (livechat, A/B testing)Leading new features development Scope: 42 countries/55 websites + our corporate website with an objective of increase our qualified traffic & increase our leads conversion. Key Responsibilities Websites management:Driving SEO optimization (Non branded keywords strategy implementation + support to our BUs)Supporting the Digital Channel & UX team on livechat optimization, A/B Testing, new features to increase our onsite conversion rateSecuring performance monitoring (conversion/performance monitoring & analytics) to identify & support countries in need and identify improvements enablersEnsuring KPI monitoring, reporting and make recommendations (Google Analytics)Participating in upskilling local digital marketing teams by organizing & coordinating Webmastering Centre of Excellence (CoE) Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Master 2 level– Digital or Business school (top 10) with an ideal specialization in digital marketingProven track record of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or at a global digital agency.Experience using Content Management SystemsGood expertise of SEO (technical, structural, content)Hands-on & multi-tasting skills with a creative & team mind-setWorking knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).Fun, energetic and passionateFluent in English + 1 international experience: English & International daily environment Additional InfoStart date: March 2021Duration : 10 monthsLocation: Paris La défense
