Create CRM strategy for Clinique, Jo Malone, Smashbox, F. Malle, By Killian across EMEA region. Map campaigns usage by affiliate to assess needs Redesign adapted and personalized CRM consumers journey & automated campaign strategiesAssessment of what is existing: global, EMEA, consolidate of psd, html and current copies from current platforms (Euromessage and Cheetah)Adaptation to the region exploiting and adapting what exists or re-create from scratchBrief preparation for PSD creation Implement CRM strategy for Clinique, Jo Malone, Smashbox, F. Malle, By Killian across EMEA region. Trigger campaigns set-up in Braze ALL AFFILIATES ALL BRANDSGathering assets, local translations & linksImplementation & test of the HTMLCreation of workflow (canvasses) Insert links UTM & Braze tags namingSelect target/segment Create templates for ad-hoc campaigns Lead the roll out of new CRM tool – Braze in Spain and in Portugal Align stakeholders on the scope and timingsMake sure all information is sharedIdentify key pain points and solve them Analyze data for Brands and Affiliates Understanding business’ needs and requirements with regard to creating, managing and upgrading CRM dashboardsCommunicate on insights found out thanks to dashboardsTransform insights to actions.Monitor existing database quality along with ICR EMEA team, tracking of inaccuracies.
