To support its hypergrowth, Alsid is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager Public Sector in France to support company’s sales department structuring, participate to the business development throughout Europe and work closely with business partners.Under the guidance of our VP Sales (Region : US, North EMEA, South EMEA, APJ), you will oversee the implementation of the whole sales process, from lead qualification to closing. You will be ensuring the achievement of product line revenue targetsand you will be asked to implement a structured and measured approach to follow sales department KPIs.Using your prospects portfolio, you will fasten the business development of the company and actively participate in the identification of promising prospects and the nurturing of existing customers. As selling to large companies is a job of its own, you will need to master a complex sales process, with multiple involved parties. You will become the orchestrator of the sales process.​YOUR MISSIONS​You will manage the sales process*of the company by working on three main missions :​IMPLEMENT AND MANAGE ALSID SALES PROCESS- Establishing and implementing short and long-term goals, objectives and tactics that align with the company’s strategic plan- Managing the customer pipeline by working with inside sales/BDR teams to reach the company revenue target.- Setup client reporting processes to follow sales performance​ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE TO ALSID BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – Identifying and developing sales opportunities by promoting Alsid products via leads and site visits- Maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that they receive regular account reviews- Managing the clients and prospects portfolio and building close relationships with your key contacts- Create upselling opportunities for our clients (such as perimeter extension) by building solid customer relationships​PARTNER WITH SALES COLLEAGUES (SALES ENGINEERS, CHANNEL MANAGERS) TO ENSURE SMOOTH SALES CYCLE END TO END- Help build solid partner relationships and participate in the indirect sales process including sales collateral, joint customer presentations, tender preparation, pricing, negotiation and contracting- Engage prospects throughout the proof of concept phase to ensure sale success
EXPERIENCE More than 7 years in B2B sales with public sector companies
KEY SKILLS- Good knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem and a well-established professional network- Previous experience of selling solutions through a channel including service providers and resellers- Rigorous and organized in the contractual and commercial relations- Good communication skills, ability to interact with different client profiles (experts, executives) and to guide them during the sale whole process- Ability to analyze the market, competitors and company strengths and weaknesses while devising winning sales strategies
