About The Role

Dedicated to Burberry Make-Up, you are about to live an exciting challenge in an international fast-growing environment with a strong focus on delivering Trade strategies at a global level. You will be acting as a 360° proactive business coordinator, reporting to the Global Trade Marketing Director of Burberry Beauty.

As a luxury goods company in constant growth, we are actively looking for a talent who will take charge of an exciting role.

Position

The main mission is to help the Global Trade Marketing team to deliver its Make-up strategy worldwide. The role encompasses all trade marketing activities and requires to proactively support and follow up on projects execution in all markets.

This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across functions (Product Marketing, Merchandising, PR, Digital, Lifecycle, Logistics, Training, Media Finance…), all the Markets (Regions and Subsidiaries) and the Burberry Fashion House in London to help aligning strategies, following up on execution per guidelines and ultimately achieving business goals.

Effective and relevant Go to Market 360° Execution
Secure best in class local implementation of 360° activation (Retail, Merchandising, Media, in-store Animation, Education, Pricing, Sampling, Gifting, E-commerce) as per Marketing calendar Co-Define MarCom & promotional campaigns plans for launches / initiatives, Elaborate accurate planograms and follow up on their perfect execution Coordinate local adaptation and execution of MarCom operations Follow up on relevant activation tools in all markets Collect and analyze brand performance and market data for continuous improvement Collect and compile markets trends and needs to share best practices Provide structured and regular business and brand performance reports Help in organizing GTM presentations for Board Meetings, the Fashion House, Retailers, Commercial Cycles and Markets Seminars Feed Central marketing with regional specific trends and needs Dynamically investigate business development opportunities (new Markets, new Retailers both offline and online)
Monitoring, Forecasts and Analysis
Monthly analysis of the launches (launches feedbacks), business (Sell-in, Sell-out, Market shares, Rankings) and recommend required/adjusted actions. Prepare and communicate Monthly reports to Fashion House with business updates. Build accurate forecasts for the categories and monitor and communicate after-launch results to improve short and long-term forecasts accuracy and products lifecycle. Monitor E&O, Discontinuations and Catalogue changes
Profile

A creative and dynamic mindset, with a strong attention to details, she or he brings along the following:
5 to 10 years experience in an Operational Marketing position, in an international role, whether at Global or within a Region or Key Market, within a luxury cosmetics company, preferably having worked on luxury Make up. Natural organization and multitasking abilities in a complex and fast-moving trends-based environment Team working ability in a multicultural environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Having a global or regional experience is a plus Fluent in English, mother tongue is a plus Business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses work; knows the luxury cosmetics competition; Affinity with the beauty category in selective environments
