The International Engineering and Digital Transformation team serves as the centerpiece of Henkel 2020+ Strategy. We have concrete initiatives and a clear roadmap of what matters most and how do we get there. We are working in strong collaboration with the whole Supply Chain and R&D to innovate and improve our production facilities and supply chain operations, keeping a strong attention to enhancing safety, efficiency and sustainability in our workplaces.

Support a highly innovative and motivated global team in improving industrial processes in terms of safety, sustainability and safety. Take over communication with factories around the world, gather and analysis data, further developing an expert system for process improvement.Supporting on Henkel Strategies by taking up a project in the area of engineering in the Supply chain
Acting as the major point of contact across global projects Conceptualizing a new unexplored technology area and taking it up from idea to implementation stage along with R&D Cooperating in the area of Digitization in processes and equipment to meet our Strong 2040 targets Ensuring that our technologies are cutting edge within our industry Managing internal expectations and ensure a continuous communication on our running initiatives, new ideas and upcoming innovations

Your Skills
Degree in Engineering Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving competencies Passion for technologies and innovations in high technology areas Passion for sustainability, you want to foster a green world Excellent communication skills Team player that can also work independently Fluent work proficiency in English Preferred experience with digital tools, such as managing databases, creating dashboards and programming languages
