In This Role, You’ll Get To
Campaign implementation: work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze promotional campaigns (Double 11, Black Friday, etc.) in 20+markets at Agoda Test and optimization: conduct experiments to grow campaign traffic and conversion; innovate and test new creative ideas or new channels to engage customers; be able to implement data insight to future operations Coordinate supply operations to facilitate day-to-day collaborations with regional/country teams and to grow hotel promotion penetration Understand competition landscape and track competitor events
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or higher from top university in a marketing or quantitative subjects (digital marketing, communications, statistics, financial modelling, etc) Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills Good numerical reasoning; proficiency in Excel; basic SQL Motivated, hardworking, organized and detail-oriented
It’s Great If You Have
