The job is designed to overcome health barriers and product misconceptions, driving product and nutrition education internally and externally, especially among key stakeholders that decide about product listings/distribution, be it in the trade, at universities, in on/off premise or in fitness centers.
Product Communication Managers have a science, nutrition, health or sports background and can competently answer product questions. They complement the work of the Science and regulatory department, being in charge of the development of product communication strategy and the national internal reference for all product and nutrition topic.
#Sales support for business strategy and new opportunitiesHelp open new accounts & distribution opportunities by defusing health concerns that prevent the listing in classic trade and convenience as well as key strategic so-called “non-traditional outlets” – such as in universities and sports clubs.Help prevent delistings where customers are concerned because of negative word of mouth or media coverage, working in close cooperation with the different sales teams among all channels.Be proactive in the development of sales tools to support meetings with external stakeholders and clients.
#Network management and developmentIdentify and develop network with credible local 3rd party experts such as science experts, opinion leaders, who could add value to the product communication.Develop knowledge on trends, nutrition, category best practices to further optimize the communication strategy and drive the business.
#Ambassador program managementLead the national ambassadors’ program in order to amplify product consideration and adoption at sport.Build advocacy through a complete influence network thanks to education, product visibility and engagement.Define and follow up the relevant KPI’s (consumers recruitment, product image…) ensuring business impact of this program.
#Manage internal product training and communicationLead product education initiatives for employees and ambassadors.Be the contact point for all departments to drive product understanding and relevance internally and externally to build the best and most adapted product messaging across all occasions of consumption.Promote a “food/nutrition culture” to all employees.
Experience :Master’s degree in Health, Nutrition, Sports or Science5+ working experience in a related industry: Food/Beverage, Supplements, Sports/Fitness, Lifestyle, Communications, Sales/SupportRelevant experience in management of consumer facing campaignsPassion for sport and at ease communicating with athletes and professionals of the sport industrySubstantial presentation and negotiation skillsStrong communication, writing & diplomatic skillsHigh standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull valuesAn entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitudeFluent in English – mandatory
